Institute for Center Effectiveness
November 12-16, 2007
Registration Closed October 22, 2007
The Heartbeat International Institute for Center Effectiveness is designed for key center personnel to delve deeper into the vital topics of leadership and development. This multi-day learning environment will challenge, inform and encourage. Heartbeat is partnering with the professional leadership trainers and executive coaches of Built 2 Lead and the development gurus of McConkey-Johnston.
Developing Professionals
Investing in those that lead is an investment in the ministry itself. Increasing skills, capability and knowledge is only a portion of true professional development. This intense learning environment will serve to produce lasting, powerful impact for your future leadership adventure and the team you lead. This training can help define and sharpen strengths along with uncovering “blind spots” detrimental to personal as well as center effectiveness.
An Experience for the Experienced!
The Institute is primarily for those with some seasoning in leading a life-affirming ministry. The ideal attendee would have three or more years of experience or have attended Heartbeat’s New Director’s Oasis (or similar training) and/or an annual PRC training conference.
A $3,000 value for just $975!
