The Conference officially begins with dinner and a keynote at 5:30 p.m. and closes with a banquet Saturday Evening. The estimated time of close is 8:00 p.m. on April 21.

The hotel cost breakdown is as follows (not including tax):

Trans Express Shuttle Service. They are $15 one way and $25 round trip and run every 25 minutes. Their phone is 314-427-3311. Guests do not have to call when they get to the airport, they can just show up at the desk in the baggage claim area and they will direct your attendees on where to go. A taxi is approximately $35 each way.

There is limited self-parking at the Adam’s Mark for Heartbeat Conference attendees. Additional parking is located next door at the Mansion House Garage.
