Heartbeat International's goal is to connect every person who contacts our Option Line to the nearest help center that can meet her needs. Pregnancy help organizations offer the hands-on support needed at such a crucial time plus the continued support that empowers women to choose life.

network and other pro-life partners, we offer help to those who need it most.
We create easy access to help for abortion-vulnerable women through our toll-free helpline, 1(800) 712-HELP, as well as our dynamic website (OptionLine.org), e-mail, and online chat.
Through our state-of-the-art locater system, we connect those in need to a network of more than 1,800 pregnancy help organizations, including pregnancy centers, life-affirming medical clinics, non-profit adoption agencies, maternity homes, and abortion recovery groups. Our trained consultants are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Pregnancy help organizations are at the core of Heartbeat's Option Line. They offer wide-ranging services – most at no cost – including pregnancy tests, options consultation (regarding abortion, parenting, and adoption), ultrasound, fatherhood classes, housing, material aid, and much more.
Heartbeat's Option Line is committed not only to women who need help, but also to highly personalized service to the pregnancy help network.
Using the technology of Heartbeat's Plus Link program for web-based appointment setting, Option Line consultants can set appointments for abortion-vulnerable women in participating centers. Scheduling these callers immediately increases the likelihood that women will keep their appointments and choose to carry their babies to term, increasing the number of lives saved.
Our Extend program develops and manages engaging websites for pregnancy help organizations at an affordable cost. This effective web presence allows centers to compete online with abortion providers. Centers that take advantage of Extend gain the confidence that the content supplied to their site by Heartbeat is legally and medically accurate.
