Heartbeat International’s Babies Go to Congress campaign may be the most powerful Pro-Life event on Capitol Hill. Just imagine pro-abortion lawmakers, many of whom sponsor legislation to put crisis pregnancy centers out of business, meeting with women who chose life at our pregnancy centers! After all, who can turn away smiling mothers, with happy babies in hand, who share their stories of the love and support they found at their local pregnancy help center? (Watch the videos below.) Meet our moms and babies
This trip to Washington, D.C., promises to be an exciting event. Unlike previous trips, we are bringing moms and "babies" of all different ages. Some of our participants lives were changed by the outreach of a pregnancy help center many years ago, some only a few months ago. This demonstrates that the life-saving support that women receive from pregnancy help centers has an impact on them and their children for many years to come. Take time to read our participants' stories and see how their worlds were never the same after encountering a pregnancy center.
