Option Line is America’s first and only call center staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, by paid consultants trained in pregnancy, abortion, and post-abortion issues.

Using a three-way telecommunications transferring system and a uniquely designed computerized database that is constantly updated, consultants search through thousands of zip codes and services nationwide to instantly connect the caller to the closest pregnancy resource center for the services they need.

The toll-free number has been used in conjunction with the Silent No More Campaign as a resource for women hurt by abortion.
