Bahamas GodParent Center

Bahamas GodParent Center is the first ever pregnancy help center in the country of the Bahamas. It was founded in February 2015 by Rhonda and Jeffrey Darville. Rhonda found peace and healing at a pregnancy help center in the early 2000’s after hearing an abortion message in Lynchburg Virginia. She has been working PRC’s ever since. She and her husband are both Bahamians and believed that their work would keep them in the States. God had other plans. He asked them to return to their homeland and open a center there and to begin a Pro-Life movement.

The Vision of the Bahamas GodParent Center is to Proclaim the Sanctity of All Life for Every Life and to Offer Hope to the Hurting.

The  Center serves men and women facing an unplanned pregnancy, offering parenting options and support; the Center also has a viable and strong youth and family emphasis.

Client Testimony:

Post Abortive Woman: “The information and truth I received at the Bahamas GodParent is vital to me. If they had been in operation before I had my abortion, I would not have choosen abortion.”

Teenager in our Sexual Integrity Program: “I have choosen to rededicate my life and to live a clean and pure life, making right choices, thanks to the information given to me by the Bahamas GodParent Center.” (All sexual integrity students/persons are placed with mentors once they make such a decision.)

All financial gifts received designated for our approved “alliance” affiliates will be forwarded to them in a reasonable timeframe (usually upon exceeding $250US). Heartbeat International deducts $30 plus 3% from the transfer, to help defray internal cost for money transfers, currency conversion, clerical costs, bank fees and any processing fees that might be charged. Should any funds be unable to be forwarded – primarily related to the recipient - they may be re-allocated for similar international work.
