Why do we have so much trouble finding rest? Although we carry heavy burdens, exhaustion, weariness, and burnout do not have to define the story of our lives. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest."
