For those who strongly prefer to stay on-site at the Conference Hotel, there are still rooms available outside the Heartbeat Room Block. Please note that the cost starts at $279/night. We don't want cost to prohibit anyone from attending the Heartbeat Conference which is why we secured additional rooms at reduced rates at hotels closeby. In addition, there are several hotels within steps of the Conference Hotel to consider.

This year Heartbeat is excited to offer in-person attendees discounted virtual access for individuals from your organization who may not be able to make it to Salt Lake City! We have two options for you to choose from:
- Basic virtual access that provides access to all virtual-only conference for 14 days, or
- Expanded virtual access that provides access to all virtual-only conference content and select in-person recorded content for 21 days.
Pregnancy Center Add-On Options for those at home:

+ Individual Expanded Access - $249 ( Virtual Conference Workshops + Select In-Person Workshops)
+ Group Expanded Access (up to 5) - $699 (Virtual Conference Workshops + Select In-Person Workshops)

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to join us, you may either transfer your registration to a co-worker or friend, or request a refund from Heartbeat International. Refunds may be issued until 12 a.m. EST (midnight) March 16, 2024. A 50% refund is available from 12:01 a.m. EST March 17, 2024 to April 6, 2024. No refunds will be issued past 12:01 a.m. EST April 7, 2024. Method of refund may require transaction fees. All refund or transfer requests must be made in writing through the Annual Conference Change Request Form.
