*Please note, you must complete Heartbeat's Online Ultrasound Didactic Training as a prerequisite to the LOVE Approach Ultrasound Clinical.  This training is intended for those with current and unrestricted Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer maintaining ARDMS RDMS(OB/GYN) or ARRT (S), Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials.  
This training is designed solely for participants who are a who have completed Heartbeat's Online Ultrasound Didactic Training and have begun the hands-on portion of training. In order to get the most out of your time with us, you must complete 25 abdominal and 5-10 transvaginal limited obstetrical scans before arriving at the training site.

We are happy to accomodate the following food allergies/restrictions. Please note as well that these requests are for meals provided at the training center and are not conveyed to your hotel.

Training Prerequisites

Please note, if you have already enrolled in Heartbeat's Online Ultrasound training, please check the course announcements for a discount code to use to credit your didactic fee toward your event registration.
We feel this training is ideal for someone in the 21-75 OB/GYN scans experience range. If you have done less than this amount, please plan to complete 25 OB/GYN scans before arriving to the training to help you make the most of your time with us. If you have done more than 75 OB/GYN scans, just keep in mind you may have more experience than your peers participating in the training.

Cancellation By Registrant:  Refunds may be issued until 12 a.m. EDT (midnight) June 17, 2025. A 50% refund is available from 12:01 a.m. EDT June 17, 2025, to July 9, 2025, 12:00 midnight EDT. No refunds will be issued past 12:01 a.m. EDT July 10, 2025. Method of refund may require transaction fees. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Events@HeartbeatInternational.org.

Heartbeat International will offer 10 Continuing Education Contact Hours for nurses. Heartbeat International is an approved provider through the California Board of Nursing, Provider Number 16061.

Cancellation by Heartbeat: 1. Refunds for non-attendance will only be awarded if non-attendance is the direct result of an unplanned or unannounced outage. When a registrant is unable to access a webinar/course due to an unplanned or unannounced server outage of Heartbeat International Academy, the HeartbeatInternational.org website, or HeartbeatServices.org website, Heartbeat International will contact the registrant to notify them of the refund due them and issue the refund. Refund will be made to the registrant within 1 week of the canceled event subject to processing fees. 2. When a course/webinar/training is canceled for which individuals have registered, Heartbeat International will send a notification to each registrant per email or phone. Full refund will be sent to registrant within one week of cancellation.
